Moyer: Win Number Nine!

Billy Moyer of Batesville, AR. Captures win number nine with his Victory Circle Chassis at the inaugural World of Outlaws Late Model Series 'Illini 100' at Farmer City Raceway. Billy started the weekend on top by setting a new track record of 11.973 seconds shattering the old record of 12.348 seconds and also winning his heat race. Saturday nights main event was just as exciting to the very end with Billy racing side by side with Shannon Babb on the last lap out of turn four for the checkered flag.
